About Me

My photo
I'm Rhiannon! I love the arts, all kinds. I'm a Freshman at BYU-I and will be serving as a sister missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in June of 2013! I'm so incredibly excited! I love the Lord and this Gospel and am so amazed that He trusts me with His gospel and the bringing of others into His fold to feel His abounding love!

Reflections

Wow, it's been a REALLY long time. I try to tell myself that Instagram is like photo blogging so that I don't feel as horrible for not keeping up with my actual blog. It's my last Sunday in Rexburg though and IT'S EASTER! Since I'll be leaving soon I've just been reflecting on how blessed I am to be able to attend school at such an inspired place. I love starting class with a prayer and being able to tie things in class back to gospel topics. It's amazing not having your morals or lifestyle questioned. This place is truly inspired. I've learned so much here and grown up a lot. It's crazy how being thousands of miles from home does that to you. ;)

Anyways, to catch you up on my crazy life...
First off, I'm a REALLY clumsy person. I sprained my hand. Doing homework was really complicated for awhile...
Then, we of course celebrated Pi Day.

Then, we went hiking last weekend. It was fantastic and the weather was awesome!!

We were also really excited that we found TONS of wolf prints!
Then we just spent a ton of time being awesome, like usual...

And, we dyed Easter Eggs last night!

Anyways, I feel that since it's Easter and my heart is so full today, I need to write an Easter post. As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, we celebrate not only the resurrection of Christ, but the Atonement he performed for us in the garden. Because of this miraculous atonement we are able to be redeemed and live with our Father in Heaven again. Because of this, we are not lost. We can turn to the Lord at any time we need Him and He will help us. I love my savior and am forever grateful to Him for all of His sacrifices and for the restoration of His gospel  on the earth today. http://www.lds.org/topics/easter?lang=eng
Now, I'll leave you with a picture of me all excited on Easter Morning! ;) God bless!
